Return shipments:
It is possible to return items when they do not meet your expectations.
The items must be returned within the 14-day trial period. The return costs are for your own account. The extra installation costs, made by yourself or so-called comfort deliveries are also at your own expenses.

The items to be returned must be in the original condition and packed in the original packaging with the complete original inner packaging. If your article is protected by air bubble film on the outside, you should also use it when you return the article.

The packing boxes must not have been described. You must return items that are returned with enclosure of the invoice or a copy of it. The invoice can be found in the confirmation email, which has been sent to you after placing your order.

The items that are returned may not have been used, modified or have undergone any other change. Only if the above conditions are met and we have received the items returned in good condition can the purchase price of the articles be refunded.

The refund will take place within 7 days.

As a point of sale of Collectione, we ask you to observe the following conditions.

* Customers may only show Collectione's products on his/her own website. It is not permitted to show/sell items on another website. If customers wish to offer articles of our brand on third party websites ( such as Facebook, Instagram and other social media channels), this must always be done in consultation with the head office. You can do this by telephone or submit a request via
* If you wish to use our product photography for online sales, please request this from us.
* It is not permitted to use our product or atmosphere photography without our explicit permission.
*In order to protect product names and brand identity, we ask that when using our articles and mentioning them on your website or similar platforms, you change our own product names to one of your own choosing. We also ask you to change the product names and barcodes.
* When the end-consumer renounces the sale due to an estimation error of his/her side regarding color, size or other preferences, the items cannot be returned to Collectione.
* Any return costs incurred by the end consumer at the point of sale shall be at his/her own expense.
